What Namo Abhyas is
A thirty-minute daily sadhana, transmitted across four days by Gurudev. The body releases what no longer belongs to you. The dormant prana within stirs. And through the sacred vibration of inner sound, body, breath and being come into one rhythm.
A living transmission
Not a recorded course and not a book. A sadhana received directly from Gurudev.
In four days
Gurudev transmits the sadhana that becomes the foundation of your spiritual life.
For life
Thirty minutes a day that purify, activate and align body, mind and energy.

How it works
Three movements, and what they leave behind.
शुद्धि
Purification
Through breath and movement, accumulated weight in body, mind and emotion dissolves.
जागृति
Activation
Dormant prana stirs. The life force rises on its own, without being forced.
समन्वय
Alignment
Sacred vibration unifies body, breath and being, and the inner channels open.
“मौन में बोध — clarity in silence: a quiet understanding of who you are, what you are for, and which way your life is facing.”
What changes
Not promises. What sadhaks report, in the order they usually notice it.

Physical lightness
Tension releases, energy rises, sleep deepens.

A quieter mind
Mental noise settles, and clarity emerges without being chased.

Reactivity softens
Responses take the place of reactions, and relationships feel the difference.

Sharper awareness
More presence, less scatter.

A natural discipline
The morning practice stops being a decision and becomes non-negotiable.

Joyful inner balance
Arrived at as a consequence, never as an achievement.
The four days
- 1
Foundations, and the inner turn
The ground of the sadhana is laid, and consciousness makes its first turn inward.
- 2
A sacred friendship with the body
The relationship with the body moves from judgement and neglect to companionship.
- 3
Body, breath and sacred sound
The three become one rhythm, and the inner destination becomes apparent.
- 4
Crossing the threshold
Namo Abhyas is taken up as a daily practice rather than an experience that has ended.
The 42-day sankalp
After the four days comes a commitment: forty-two consecutive mornings of practice. This is the stretch in which teaching becomes lived experience, and the rhythm settles into the body rather than the calendar.
42consecutive mornings, taken as a vow.
Where it sits on the path
Namo Abhyas is the first step, and every sadhak walking with Gurudev begins here. The inner preparation it gives is what makes the subtler parts of the journey reachable at all.

The forgotten inner ocean
Every human being carries a deeper inner knowing — an ocean of evolutionary possibilities. Most of us live at its surface and never learn there is anywhere else to stand. What is missing is not the ocean. What is missing is a practice to reach it. The practice is here, the Guru is offering it, and the journey begins with a single step inward.
In their words
“Earlier, there used to be a certain heaviness in parts of the body. That has now dissolved, replaced by a feeling of lightness and buoyancy — a reset to the body, mind and emotions, with renewed energy and clarity in my work.”
— Yogeshwar Charan“More agility, more energy, more focus — and a great deal more gratitude. What I feel at the heart chakra has become noticeably stronger.”
— Bindiya Narang“I start the session feeling like a collection of separate parts — tight shoulders, a racing mind, shallow breath. By the end, I feel so calm and energised at the same time. The movements are easy to follow, and it completely resets the body and mind.”
— Aditi Soni“Since the initiation at Dharamshala my physical fitness has improved and my meditation has gone deeper.”
— Vivek Narang“Namo Abhyas has changed my life. It has increased my pranic flow and helped in rejuvenating my body at a deeper cellular level.”
— Sanjay MalhotraQuestions people ask
